STAMPING
Progressive presses stamping
We manufacture geometrically complex serial products from stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, etc.

Transfer press stamping
We produce drawn parts and geometrically complex serial products, where it is necessary to transfer pieces through stages with the help of grippers. The products are made from various materials such as stainless steel sheets, aluminum, galvanized sheet metal, etc.

Manual, low series transfer stamping
For smaller series, we use presses with manual transfer of pieces. Here, we have eccentric and hydraulic presses available. The dimensions of the presses reach up to 4000 x 1800 mm and up to 1250 tons.

WASHING
For products that require a specific demand for surface cleanliness, we utilize a conventional washing line with dimensional capacities of 1100x320 mm (input aperture).

RIVETING
For mechanical riveting of standard fasteners, we have two systems available: GESIPA and WÜRTH.
